How can I find out the firmware version of my device?
If your device has blocked itself and you can’t print the „report list” sheet from your device in a normal way, then in this situation the documentation can be only printed while the printer is in the service mode. In order to get your printer in the service mode, you should perform certain actions with your device. Below you can see a table showing a variety of Samsung devices, where you can clearly see how to print the report sheet according to your devices’ model if the printer is blocked.
