I do not understand, my firmware version is V1.20.00.30, but on your site to my printer model and actually to any other model, the files sold are only with two numbers and with an „ f ” at the end. Please explain, what does that mean and what firmware is suitable for my printer.

Firmware version – is the the version of the operating system of your printer. The most important thing in finding out your devices version are the last two numbers of the version. It is they, what you need to concentrate on when you choose the firmware reprogramming file for your device. All of our firmware is named, by adding those last two numbers and the letter „ f ” in the end, which stands for a modified firmware (non-original). For example, if you have a firmware version "V1.20.00.30", then you need to buy the version "30f", which is suitable for your printer.

 

I can’t find my needed firmware reprogramming file on your site. What should I do?

If you can’t find your needed firmware version, meaning that your version is higher that the one we offer, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will let you know by what time this version will be available for sale.

 

I have paid for my order, but still haven’t received the ordered file, why is that?
