A brief description on how to use our firmware files generating system.

After you have used your registration information and logged in into your account, please enter the client module, you will see the following customer form.

With our systems help user can always see the size of his deposit, assigned discount and his registration data.  Client also has access to following sections: Order history (1), Payment history (2), List of firmware (3), Deposit (4), Order cancellation (5),  and  Password change (6).

 

Next let’s get acquainted with each section separately

Order history (1)

---

 

In this section you can always get information about which firmware you have ordered, at what price and in what amount.  Also in this section you can download any of the purchased firmware. 

Payment history (2)

---

 

Provides information on when, how much, in what currency and through which system payment from a client had been introduced. This module also shows amount of money received in form of bonuses or returned funds.  

 

List of firmware (3)

---

 

All currently available firmware are displayed in this section. Also firmware order is made from this module; more details on this will be given below.

 

Deposit (4)

---

 

Using this function you can make deposit of any size into your account in our system. Funds are transferred automatically. At this point auto replenishment of the deposit is available for following payment systems - PayPal, WebMoney or Qiwi. Mandatory requirement of auto replenishment is account existence in these systems. Replenishment happens very easily.

1. Choose a payment system.

2. Next, choose payment currency.

3. Write the amount of money you want to deposit.

4. Click on the button " Transfer "

After that the system will transfer you to the payment page, where you, indicating the necessery payment data, will transfer your money to our account and thus replenish the deposit.

 

Order cancellation (5)

In case you made a wrong firmware order this module will help you to cancel it and get a refund. In order to perform this operation one is required to make following steps:

1. Instead of the wrong order make a correct one.

2. Click on the "Order cancellation" button.

3. Choose two orders, the right and the wrong one.

4. Click on the appeared “Cancel an order” button.

 

After this procedure wrong order will be cancelled and you will get a refund.

 

Password change (6)

Standard module that allows you to change your password.

 

 

The firmware file generating system procedure looks as follows

---

 

At first, you shall open the firmware file list (1), 

 

 

then select the needed firmware and click on the "Order" link (2), afterwards a special window opens, where you should enter the serial number of the device model. If the firmware file for the selected model is available in two versions, then you should pick the version, which you would like to receive (with or without protection). After that you need to add the selected firmware to the shopping cart by clicking “add to cart”.

 

All firmware files, which you order, are shown on the right below customer's card (3). 

After that you can order another firmware file (if necessary), or you can proceed by clicking the green button below the shopping cart, in order to create the firmware file. After clicking that button, a list of ordered firmware will open (4). Please do check all the data for mistakes. If everything is fine, click "Generate fix's" to run the firmware generating process. 

 

After the time in which the firmware was being created, you’ll see a table in which at the very top are listed your ordered firmware files (5). At the end of the line, where the firmware files are, there’s an icon which stands for downloading firmware files, click on it and you’ll get the firmware file, which will download to the needed directory.
