How does it work?

1. We register you in our system as an agent.

2. Registration takes place only after you have attracted at least one client and he has made at least one purchase.

3. Once you have found a potential client, we will register him and attach you as his agent. The data that we need to receive from you is:

 

•  The clients e-mail address;

•  Name of the company, name and surname or the contact person;

•  Price for firmware files which has been offered by you and approved by the client.

 

4. As soon as your attracted client starts ordering firmware files, you will receive commissions from each of his purchases.

5. All payments for the orders we will receive on our account.

6. With the help of a monitoring system of orders, you will always have information regarding your client orders. Also how much commissions have you earned, how many clients have you attracted, what discounts do they have and so on.

7. Payment of earned commissions is made to your PayPal account, once a month or as soon as you have reached 100 Euro.

8. If your client speaks English or Russian, then we can assure technical support, if not, then all correspondence with the customer shall be carried out by you, meaning, that by attracting a customer you also have the responsibility to provide him with all the information on how our service works.

9. From our side we guarantee quick help to all our agents, if their clients are experiencing difficulties in the process of receiving the fix or firmware files for their printer.
